Our Ingredients

All of our cookies are soy-free, corn-free, egg-free, dairy-free, casein-free, wheat-free, gluten-free, peanut-free, cholesterol free and amazingly delicious! Our cookies use whole ingredients, which have been selected with care, with YOU in mind! Every ingredient in our cookies has been put there for a positive and thoughtful reason - we want to make sure each bite is wholesome, healthy and delicious! For multiple reasons all our products are vegan.
 
Veganism is just an extension of vegetarianism, and vegan foods contain no animal products such as eggs, dairy products (cream, milk, butter), and meat. So what does that mean for your health? Gluten is in pretty much everything you eat these days, it's the "glue" that holds things together and is put in all types of foods, like bread, cereal, pasta, crackers, chips, candy bars, ketchup, soups, gravy, and puddings. So, gluten builds up in the body of a lot of individuals, which causes a whole host of health and digestive problems such as wheat allergy, gluten sensitivity or celiacs disease (for more information on celiac disease, see celiac.org and wikipedia). Eating a gluten free diet has also been linked to health improvements in individuals with conditions such as autism, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis and even depression. But we make all of our products gluten-free because it's just a more all-encompassing way to go and there are so many amazing benefits from using such different mixes of exciting flours!
 
We use a specialized blend of two types of bean flour (garbanzo bean and fava bean), sorghum flour and sweet white rice flour in our products, which ends up giving our products a fairly high protein and fiber count.
